Had my fair share of increase traffic as well as spam but all in all I guess it did more good

I’ve been no follow for a while and haven’t noticed any change. To be honest I don’t think it makes much of a difference unless you put yourself on one of the no-nofollow lists or blogrolls out there.. spammers are fairly lazy people and if they have to work to find a do follow blog they’re likely not to bother.
